The Sunbelt-Management-Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance duties for residential units, including basic plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repairs, and groundskeeping. You will respond to work orders, document preventive maintenance, and help prepare units for occupancy under the Site Manager's supervision.
You should have a high school diploma or vocational training, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read work orders, lift and climb as needed,
