RKM Primary Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center with 10 clinics in 5 parishes.

• Verify patient information, obtain vitals & document in EMR.
• Interact with patients to obtain medical history & document in EMR.
• Ensure all reports/labs are available.
• Conduct motivational interviews.
• Internal and external referrals.
• Follow‑up on cancelled/no‑show appointments.
• Coordinate prescription refill and medication administration.
• Perform medical assessment and interventions.

• Current LPN/RN license in good standing with the State of Louisiana (Required).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required).
• Prefer experience in behavioral health care.

Employment Type: Full Time, Monday through Friday

• LPN - $18.66–$24.35 per hour; up to 3% annual increase
• RN - $50,230–$71,240 per year; up to 3% annual increase
