Labor And Delivery Rn

Livingston Healthcare is seeking a labor and delivery RN for an assignment in Livingston, Montana. The position is based at 320 Alpenglow Lane, Livingston, Montana 59047. The listed schedule is 3 x 12 shifts. The assignment length is 13 weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care.
• Provide mother/baby couplet care from triage through discharge.
• Support scheduled and unscheduled cesarean sections.
• Prioritize and manage multiple patients with the care team.
• Float to medical-surgical as a resource RN if the family birth center is closed.
• Train on both day and night shifts.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of recent labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and mother/baby experience.
• Ability to function independently across all family birth center care areas.
• At least one previous travel RN contract.
• Active unrestricted RN license, compact or Montana eligible as applicable.
• Current AWHONN fetal heart monitoring, NRP, and ACLS certifications.

Scheduling:

• Three night shifts per week.
• 36 hours per week.
• Night hours are 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.
