Base Wage Range: $33 - $38/hr + Qualifying Shift & Mileage Differentials!

• Night Shift Differential: +$2.25/hr

• Mileage Differential:

  • +$2.00/hr for employees living 25–49 miles from the center

  • +$3.00/hr for employees living 50+ miles from the center

Mileage differential applies to qualifying floor staff based on eligibility requirements.

• Days: 6AM – 6PM

• Nights: 6PM – 6AM

Job Summary:

Livingston Health and Rehabilitation Centeris currently taking applications for aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The ideal candidate will be a kind and compassionate clinician.

Essential Functions:

• Supervises nursing care to residents

• Complies with state and Federal Regulations

• Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team

• Maintains standards of professional nursing practice

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Required:
  
  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• Required:
  
  Current licensure in the state of employment.

• Demonstrates knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
