Retail Scan Associate; Livingston, MT

Overview

This is a permanent PART-TIME role. Scan Scape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and retailer (store).

Locations and schedule Livingst on, MT;
Bozeman, MT. Wednesday or Thursday shifts for Grocery locations. This is a part-time, flexible schedule with continuous physical activity throughout the workday.

• Visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays, in aisles, and at aisle end caps.
• Use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan barcodes in various store locations.
• Complete Display Scanning across the store every week; this can take several hours depending on store size.
• Provide the quantity data for approximately 45% of the scanned products as required.
• Support Custom Projects in the main stocking locations when requested, which can add 30 minutes to 2 hours of work per store.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and deliver dependable, quality-driven results; enjoy a degree of workplace independence and flexibility.
• Estimated 7-12 hours per week across all stores, depending on store size and project requirements.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to stand for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach up to 6 feet, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi and be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
