Sales Associate

glassybaby is seeking a Sales Associate to connect customers with our handcrafted glass votives and drinkware. You'll welcome guests, share product stories, and guide purchases with warmth and expertise. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional in-store service, operating POS systems, handling cash and orders accurately, and maintaining beautifully merchandised displays. You'll learn color collections, product details, and our giving mission to explain how each purchase supports nonprofits.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, reliable, and collaborative, with retail or hospitality experience and a passion for artisan products and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing warm, knowledgeable service
• Share glassybaby's brand story, colors, and giving mission with customers
• Guide customers through product selection and gift recommendations
• Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash and card transactions
• Process online, phone, and special orders as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
• Support inventory receiving, stocking, and restocking on the sales floor
• Follow store opening, closing, and cash reconciliation procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals
• Represent glassybaby's mission and values in all customer interactions
