Senior Software Quality Manager - SQE Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and manage a team of Software Quality Engineers

• Translate program technical and contractual requirements into SQE priorities

• Define and implement SQE processes, checklists, and metrics

• Provide approval and oversight of technical approaches and software verification strategies

• Coordinate supplier SQE activities and assess supplier deliverables for quality

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience supporting software development programs
• 1+ year of experience supporting software quality engineering with AS9115 and/or DO-178 requirements
• 1+ year of experience working with program leadership to prioritize and resolve technical quality issues
