Job SummaryOur US Fund Solutions group is seeking a Fund Accountant or Senior Fund Accountant. The candidate will manage multiple client deliverables ensuring superior client service, including fund administration services provided to private equity funds.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare financial statements and support schedules (GAAP and other basis)
- Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and prepare and distribute letters
- Prepare NAV calculations
- Investor and compliance reporting
- Daily client interaction
- Matrix reporting structure for client services
- BS degree in Accounting is required
- One to three years of experience as a Fund Accountant in Private Equity
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges)
- Able to multi‑task and perform tasks under strict deadlines
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
