Client Accounting Manager

Overview

Whitecap Search is partnering with a growing CPA and advisory firm to find an experienced Accounting & Advisory Manager. This role is highly visible and relationship‑driven, focusing on managing client engagements, leading advisory initiatives, and serving as a strategic partner to business owners and leadership teams.

• Manage client engagements across multiple service lines.
• Lead advisory initiatives and guide teams.
• Serve as a strategic partner to business owners and leadership teams.
• Balance client interaction, team leadership, and higher‑level accounting/advisory work.
• Play a key role in client management and firm operations.

• CPA a must
• 5 years of public/private accounting experience
• Experience regularly communicating with clients
• General knowledge of Assurance and Tax processes
