Orion Placement is seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper for a full-time, on-site role in Livingston, NJ. You will manage daily bookkeeping, reconcile trust and operating accounts, and prepare financial statements to support leadership.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of law-firm bookkeeping experience and proficiency with Excel, legal accounting software, and relevant platforms (Tabs, Clio, Elite, Aderant). A degree in Accounting/Finance is preferred.
