Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

We are seeking a Licensed Architect with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience to join a growing architectural team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and multifamily projects and be comfortable balancing project leadership with hands‑on production responsibilities.

This role is well suited for an architect who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through construction while remaining actively involved in the preparation of high‑quality construction documents and coordination with clients, consultants, and project teams.

• Active Architectural License in the State of New Jersey required
• 10+ years of professional architectural experience
• Strong commercial and multifamily project experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills
• Ability to lead projects while remaining hands‑on in production
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Thorough understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards

• Lead projects from design through construction administration
• Prepare and oversee construction documents and technical detailing
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, municipalities, and internal project teams
• Ensure project schedules, quality standards, and deliverables are met
• Review drawings and maintain compliance with applicable codes and regulations
• Support permitting, approvals, and project execution through completion
• Mentor and collaborate with junior architectural staff as needed
