Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers, a leading multidisciplinary A&E firm based in Livingston, NJ, is seeking a full-time, Licensed Architect to join our growing Architectural Department. This is an in-person position offering long-term career development in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

With over 50 years of experience, Jarmel Kizel provides full-service architecture, engineering, and interior design. We serve diverse sectors including commercial, educational, healthcare, mixed-use, multi-family, and retail. We pride ourselves on delivering innovative solutions, quality service, and a strong team culture.

The ideal candidate is a licensed professional with a strong background in both design and project management. You will be responsible for signing and sealing drawings, overseeing the development of construction documents, coordinating with consultants, and leading projects through all phases.

• Current architectural license (New Jersey preferred)
• B.Arch or M.Arch degree from an accredited institution
• 7+ years of experience in architecture and project delivery
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Deep knowledge of building codes, construction detailing, and zoning regulations
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and project timelines effectively

Salary Range: $80,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with experience)
