- Strong understanding of GTM motions, revenue modeling, and sales funnel metrics.
- Ability to translate large datasets into actionable insights using SQL, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar), or automation frameworks.
- Experience supporting annual planning cycles such as headcount planning, blueprint design, and quota deployment.
- Familiarity with CRM and compensation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Captivate
IQ, Xactly, Varicent).
- Prior experience in high‑growth or SaaS / infrastructure / cloud companies.
- Experience developing scalable compensation governance processes.
- Knowledge of FP&A concepts such as forecasting, cost modeling, and scenario planning.
- Exposure to revenue recognition or financial systems (Net Suite, Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.).
- You love to solve complex problems with data, models, and structured thinking.
- You’re curious about how incentives influence behavior and how GTM teams scale.
- You’re an expert in building clean, reliable financial models that leadership trusts.
