Skills & Qualifications
Communication and judgment are critical in this role, as it sits between complex systems and business users. The individual must understand user requests within application workflows and determine not only how to execute a task, but whether it should be executed based on compliance and system integrity. This role requires strong customer‑facing skills, including the ability to translate technical issues into business terms, ask the right questions, and guide users to resolution.
It is not transactional support; success depends on understanding business context and troubleshooting within workflows.
