Service Now Sec Ops Implementation ManagerCrowe is seeking a passionate leader to guide our clients through their Security (Sec Ops) Service Now implementations. This position requires an individual who demonstrates leadership, decision-making, and management skills to oversee Service Now Sec Ops implementations for client excellence.
Responsibilities- Support pre‑sales activities such as demonstrations, project scoping, proof of concepts, and SOW preparation.
- Advise clients on leveraging Service Now to support their Security program.
- Lead project implementation and architectural design, working directly with Engagement Leads, Solution Architects, and developers to ensure on‑track delivery.
- Facilitate project introduction, kick‑off meetings, and weekly client status meetings, while creating and managing project timelines.
- Provide guidance to developers on Service Now configuration.
- Conduct final quality assurance reviews of all deliverables.
- Design and deliver end‑user training.
- Expand client vision and opportunities to drive additional business value through Service Now.
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- 3+ years delivering Service Now implementations and integrations focused on Security.
- Certifications:
Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist – SIR & VR. - Experience leading Service Now implementations or as a system administrator.
- Knowledge of running a Security program on Service Now.
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Experience providing business, operations, or technical consulting to senior leaders.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of project planning and project management methods and tools.
