As Core Weave continues to scale globally with an increasingly distributed workforce, the bar for how employees experience company platforms needs to rise with it. Company events, Slack, search, remote/in‑office experience, and internal communications each work well individually today, but as usage grows across more teams, time zones, and use cases, they need deliberate ownership to stay coherent, trustworthy, and genuinely useful.
Most companies treat their internal digital platforms as infrastructure. Core Weave treats them as culture. This role exists to get ahead of that curve – to make sure Core Weave’s employee experience scales intentionally as the business itself, with AI as a first‑class design principle rather than an afterthought. This is a once‑in‑a‑career opportunity to build the internal digital experience of a defining company – from the ground up, with real resources, executive sponsorship, and the freedom to invent.
the Role
- Own the vision and delivery of Core Weave’s AI‑driven intranet – a single, intelligent front door into company knowledge, tools, and workflows that brings together live company events, Slack, enterprise search, and how information reaches employees day to day into one connected experience, tailored to every role and persona across the company.
- Own the strategy and governance of each of the underlying platforms individually, and set the standard for how AI shows up across all of them.
- Split time between policy and governance work that ships quickly and longer‑term platform strategy from the ground up.
- Work in close partnership with Communications, People/HR, Engineering, and the AI delivery team.
5‑10 years of product management experience. Leading digital workplace, employee experience, or internal platform products is a plus.
- Experience with platforms such as Slack, Confluence, Glean (or comparable enterprise search), intranet platforms, and employee communications technologies.
- Strong understanding of AI products and emerging AI workflows, with the ability to translate new capabilities into product strategy.
- Experience leading both platform modernization initiatives and organizational change across cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Excellent judgment in information architecture, digital communications, and employee experience design.
- A track record of succeeding in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments where defining the strategy is as important as executing it.
Base salary range: $182,000 – $242,000. Starting salary determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
