Delivery Manager

We're seeking an experienced Lead Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple strategic technology initiatives across a complex enterprise environment. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on driving execution, aligning stakeholders, removing roadblocks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys influencing without direct authority, and has a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex technology initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent technology initiatives from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive accountability across business and technology teams to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business stakeholders, engineering teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues before they impact delivery.
• Create executive-level status reporting, dashboards, and presentations that provide visibility into project health and key milestones.
• Lead project governance activities, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with delivery teams to remove roadblocks and ensure alignment across multiple work streams.
• Manage project financials, forecasts, resource planning, and third-party vendor relationships.
• Mentor and coach project managers while promoting delivery best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Balance Agile and traditional project management methodologies based on project needs and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex IT projects and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Strong background delivering application development, systems integration, or enterprise software implementation projects.
• Demonstrated success driving projects involving cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, vendors, and resource planning.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, issue management, and executive reporting.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or other project management certifications.
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital products or enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with project portfolio management (PPM) tools and project reporting platforms.
• Experience working in large, matrixed organizations.
• Exposure to infrastructure, networking, cloud, or enterprise application environments.
