Operating Room

$125,000 – $170,000 per year

The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.

• Assist under the direction of the primary operating surgeon in the perioperative care of patients undergoing surgery.
• Use the nursing process to formulate the plan of care.
• Operate within the facility’s policies, reporting directly to OR leadership.
• Exemplify leadership and professionalism in the expanded RNFA role.

• Licensed Registered Nurse or Advanced Practice Nurse in New Jersey.
• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• RNFA completion or enrollment in an RNFA program upon hire.
• 1-2 years of recent adult or acute care with OR experience.
• Ability to establish positive, collaborative relationships with physicians, managers, and hospital staff.
• Well‑developed ability to prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects.
