Salary Range: $75.00 To $80.00 Hourly

Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our House team for overnight coverage (7p–7a). The provider will deliver high‑quality inpatient care in collaboration with attending physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

• Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations for acute care patients
• Assess, diagnose, and manage medical conditions in the inpatient setting
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Respond to changes in patient status and provide rapid clinical intervention
• Perform procedures within scope of practice and institutional guidelines
• Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary services
• Participate in admissions, cross‑coverage, and patient management overnight

• Licensed NP or PA in the State of New Jersey
• Acute care or inpatient experience preferred
• Strong clinical decision‑making and communication skills
• ACLS certification required (or eligible)
• Full‑time night shift (7p–7a)
