As a RN Clinical Manager
, you’ll lead a team of caregivers and field staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery, strong client relationships, and operational excellence. You’ll play a key role in supporting both clients and employees while driving office performance. This office provides best‑in‑class care throughout Essex County
.

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of caregivers (HHAs, CNAs) and field staff
• Oversee client services including onboarding, care plan development, and ongoing service delivery
• Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, state regulations, and documentation standards
• Partner with families, referral sources, and internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction
• Conduct supervisory visits, client assessments, and service check‑ins
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Model The BAYADA Way, fostering a positive, team‑oriented, and mission‑driven culture

• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Active NJ RN license
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience (healthcare or service industry)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills

• Experience in home care, assistive care, or personal care services
• Knowledge of private pay home care
• Experience managing caregivers or scheduling in a fast‑paced environment

• Full‑time role: exempt
• Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30 am‑5:00 pm (flexibility for occasional extended hours)
