We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide hospital-based palliative care at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center for patients living with serious illness. Palliative care experience is required for this inpatient role.
Why You'll Want This Role:- A strong palliative program behind you: experienced specialists, clinical backup, and data-guided coaching.

- Partner with the interdisciplinary team and hospital teams, fully integrating into hospital workflows and shaping the palliative medicine practice.
- Complete timely documentation aligned with clinical, billing, and quality standards.
- Spend as much time on discharge planning as on intake, managing transitions from inpatient to the patient's next setting, considering each patient's longitudinal preference and best interests.
