Life Hospice in Livingston, NJ is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to coordinate and provide hospice care according to patients' plans. Responsibilities include evaluating hospice services, conducting patient assessments, and developing care plans.
The ideal candidate must be a graduate from an accredited nursing school, licensed in NJ, with at least one year of RN experience. Preferred candidates will have hospice experience and strong assessment skills. This role may require on-call duties and participation in QAPI meetings.
