Wellness Nurse (LPN) – Part Time All Shifts

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a senior living community providing direct nursing care and supervising CNA staff.

• Part‑time (22–29 hours per week), non‑exempt
• Wages: USD $34–$36 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Weekday and alternating weekends; shifts available at 7:00 am–3:00 pm, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm, 11:00 pm–7:00 am

• Monitor health, safety, and well‑being of residents
• Assist in training and supervising medication administration
• Supervise care staff according to state regulations and community policies
• Maintain clinical quality assurance per federal, state, and local standards
• Promote high service levels and demonstrate company mission
• Conduct thorough resident assessments

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and holds a current LPN license
• Minimum 2 years experience in long‑term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital setting (preferred)
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer’s or related dementias
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and use sound judgement
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and nursing practices for residents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new applications
• Physical stamina – able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, use fine and gross motor skills, and perform tasks requiring balance
