As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Inglemoor Rehabilitation and Care Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing comprehensive care and support to individuals with complex medical and rehabilitation needs. With a focus on delivering person-centered care, we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment that fosters independence, dignity, and comfort for every resident.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor patient progress, identify changes, and adjust care plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

* Knowledgeable in PCC EMR systems.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of New Jersey
• Active CPR certification
