McWilliams is growing our Residential Plumbing Service Team in Livingston, and we're looking for a customer-focused Service Plumber who wants steady call volume and real earning potential.

Monday–Friday schedule with rotating on-call

Organized dispatch and a clear path to advancement

Run maintenance and service calls as dispatched, keeping customers updated with accurate ETAs

Complete a full system inspection on every call and walk the customer through what you find

Present clear, tiered (ABC) repair and replacement options, plus service agreements and accessories

Manage truck stock and the PO process for parts; return warranty and unused inventory to the branch

Keep your vehicle clean, stocked, and inspection-ready

Complete all required documentation accurately

Represent McWilliams professionally and follow all safety policies

A motivated, team-oriented professional who takes pride in clean, done-right work

Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations

2+ years of residential service plumbing experience required

Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License preferred — or in process of / willing to obtain

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Comfortable using a tablet, smartphone, and GPS
