Our client, a respected and growing CPA and advisory firm, is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its leadership team.

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Lead tax planning discussions and strategy meetings
- Deliver exceptional client service and responsiveness
- Identify opportunities for expanded advisory services
- Review complex individual and business tax returns
- Oversee engagement quality and compliance
- Manage tax projects and deadlines
- Provide technical review and guidance
- Assist with complex tax research and special projects
- Supervise and mentor accounting professionals
- Review work product and provide coaching
- Support staff development initiatives
- Assist with workflow management and engagement planning
- Foster a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Experience managing client engagements
- Strong tax planning and advisory experience
- Experience reviewing complex tax returns
- CPA license
- Experience working with closely held businesses
- Multi-entity tax experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- Business development mindset
