Right At Home of Wayne County is looking for an applicant that is passionate about working with seniors. As a Scheduler, you play a critical role in delivering exceptional in-home care. You are the connection point between clients and caregivers—making sure every schedule, every shift, and every match supports a great experience for both. Your organization, communication, and problem-solving skills directly impact the quality of care our clients receive and the success of our care team.

What You’ll Do Be the communication hub- Answer and manage incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
- Communicate regularly with clients and caregivers to ensure services are running smoothly
- Serve as a key liaison between caregivers and the office leadership team
- Respond quickly and courteously to client needs, questions, and schedule changes
- Receive and process referrals and inquiries with accuracy and care
Help ensure every client receives the right caregiver match
- Schedule caregivers to meet client needs while balancing availability and preferences
- Make smart, timely decisions when schedules change or urgent situations arise
- Support Right at Home’s mission, values, and commitment to exceptional care
- Maintain accurate caregiver records and schedules in Well Sky
- Keep personnel and work records complete and up to date
- Manage multiple priorities while staying calm and organized
- Support caregivers with professionalism, respect, and integrity
- Collaborate with the office team to keep operations running smoothly
- Assist with on-call coordination as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of office, scheduling, or administrative experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
- Ability to think on your feet and make good decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Primarily office-based in a collaborative, supportive team setting
- On-call availability may be required outside normal business hours
