Job Summary
The Admissions and Welcome Center Coordinator serves as a key member of the Admissions Leadership Team, working in close collaboration with the Director of Admissions and Assistant Director to support the successful operation of the Admissions and Welcome Center. This position provides operational oversight of front-of-house services, supports the delivery of exceptional customer service, and helps ensure a welcoming and student-centered experience for prospective and current students.
Working closely with the entire Admissions and Welcome Center team, along with other campus-wide departments, the coordinator helps ensure efficient operations, effective project management, continuous process improvement, and the achievement of departmental enrollment and student engagement goals.

Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of customer service related experience.
- Experience coordinating or managing operations in an office environment.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and an attitude of service among staff.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
