Based in Livonia, MI, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, managing intake processes efficiently while ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Serve as the primary contact for incoming client inquiries and referrals.
• Collect, review, and process new client information accurately.
• Coordinate with clinical and care teams to schedule assessments and initiate services.
• Maintain detailed and organized client records in compliance with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth intake procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and service delivery.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Previous experience in healthcare intake, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records systems is an advantage.
