• Manage and update patient records using the Kinnser software system.
• Coordinate scheduling and communication between field staff and the office.
• Assist with billing, documentation, and reporting tasks.
• Support the administrative team with general office duties as needed.
• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality in all office processes.

• Prior experience with Kinnser software or similar healthcare management systems preferred.

• Compensation ranging from $20.00 - $30.00 per week paid semi-monthly.
