• Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Coordinate communication between healthcare providers, patients, and team members
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar activities
• Support billing and payroll processes as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
• Perform other duties as assigned to support office efficiency

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in administrative or office support preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
