Position Summary

As an Affidavit Team Associate
, you will play an important role in supporting our legal team by coordinating affidavit requests and managing legal documents received from our clients. You will be responsible for tracking requests, organizing and importing documents, following up with clients, and ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently.

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional written and verbal communication. You'll work with multiple clients and manage a variety of requests, making accuracy, time management, and the ability to prioritize essential.

Prior office experience is helpful but not required. We provide comprehensive training and are looking for someone who enjoys working in a detail-oriented environment, is eager to learn, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
