The Component Unit Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and coordination support for the College’s component units. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, this position manages contract workflows, board relations, and meeting coordination while ensuring organized documentation and compliance across all component unit activities. The Coordinator serves as a central point of communication for internal and external stakeholders, supports relationship management and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications
  • One (1) year of related experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to establish and maintain successful working relationship with staff, community, and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business.
  • Experience working in a higher education environment.
  • Experience and understanding of data analysis and process mapping.
