Birchwood Construction is seeking a dependable Part-Time Facilities Assistant to keep our Harbor Springs campus clean, organized, safe, and well maintained. The campus spans 8 buildings across ~2 acres, with independent work and a pride in upkeep.
You’ll perform minor repairs, organize storage, and assist with deliveries and contractor access. Weekday afternoons through 5:00 PM, $21–$24 per hour, physical outdoor/indoor work, valid driver’s license required.
