Job Details

As a Concrete Project Manager, you will oversee large-scale construction projects from pre-construction to completion. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, managing budgets, schedules, and teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting efforts.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, risk management, and change orders.
  • Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Drive safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project documentation, cost controls, and progress reporting.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
