Leading construction company specializing in industrial, automotive, and manufacturing projects.
Salary: $65,000 - $105,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate industrial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and review technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and change orders.
- Resolve technical issues and implement innovative solutions to complex construction challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial, automotive, or manufacturing construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Must be open to travel as required for project sites.
