We're a fast-growing, owner-operated restoration and reconstruction company based in Livonia, MI. We handle everything from small repairs to full-scale rebuilds after fire, water, and storm damage. Our standard is simple:

You'll manage a pipeline of 15–18 active reconstruction projects ranging from $2K to $1M+ . This includes:

• Running projects from start to finish
• Coordinating trades, vendors, and schedules
• Managing budgets, timelines, and scope
• Communicating with homeowners and insurance stakeholders
• Problem-solving in real time (because things always come up)
• Keeping jobs moving—no bottlenecks

Must-have traits:

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• High urgency and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Clear, direct communication style
• Problem-solver mentality (not a finger-pointer)

Experience:

• Construction or reconstruction project management experience preferred
• Restoration experience (water/fire/mold) is a big plus
• Familiarity with estimating, scopes, or insurance workflows is a plus

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
