Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team. This is a hands-on role supporting customers through email tickets, live chat, and phone calls. The ideal candidate is organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via eCommerce ticketing system (Zendesk)
  • Assist customers through live chat in real time
  • Answer inbound phone calls and provide professional support
  • Provide tracking numbers and shipment updates
  • Send invoices and order confirmations
  • Take customer orders over the phone
  • Check product availability and inventory status
  • Resolve shipping issues such as lost, delayed, or damaged packages

    Communicate with internal departments (warehouse, purchasing, etc.) to resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience preferred (eCommerce experience a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable handling phone conversations in a professional manner
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, order systems, web-based platforms)
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
