Scheduler/CSR

The Scheduler/CSR is the first point of contact for a busy restoration company. This position is an important resource for helping to make the front office run smoothly.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma/ GED 2-3 years of experience in an office environment performing clerical duties and receiving multiple inbound calls.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Acts in a courteous, professional, customer focus manner
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology
• Proficient with MS Office and Quickbooks
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to take down customer orders and input information accurately into the company's dispatch system

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
