Job SummaryThe Schoolcraft College Kids on Campus (KOC) program offers a fantastic opportunity to provide children from preschool through 12th grade with a fun, educational, and safe experience. Managed by the Personal and Professional Learning Department at Schoolcraft College, this program aims to inspire and engage kids in a variety of exciting activities.
Schoolcraft is a comprehensive, open-door, community-based college. The mission of the College is to provide a transformational learning experience designed to increase the capacity of individuals and groups to achieve intellectual, social, and economic goals.

Job DutiesKids on Campus Aides are needed for the 2026 summer!
Key Responsibilities Include- Assisting instructors in the classroom.
- Engaging with kids and keeping a keen eye for safety.
- Providing extra support for campers who need it.
- Reinforcing rules and expectations.
- Guiding parents to classrooms.
- Supervising children during lunch and facilitating assigned activities.
- Monitoring kids during transitions including breaks.
- Distributing and collecting program materials.
- Assisting with classroom supplies.
- Performing other duties as needed.
- KOC aides must be at least 16 years of age.
- Experience working with children.
- Exhibits a high level of personal responsibility and professional conduct.
$13.73 / hour
Work HoursWork hours are between 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., but will vary based on the camp assignment.
