Job TitleInstructor - Part Time (Real Estate Property Management Applicant Pool)
Job SummaryClassroom instructors needed to teach the following courses in the Real Estate Property Management (RE) program:
- RE 101 Introduction to Property Management
- RE 110 Real Estate Pre-Licensure
- RE 150 Residential and Commercial Property Management
- RE 290 Real Estate Internship
Effectively instruct and assess the knowledge, skills, and dispositions of the students based on program standards.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Property Management or related area.
- Current Real Estate or Brokerage License.
- Five (5) years of relevant industry experience in a management role.
- Possessing a minimum of 1 earned (course-appropriate) nationally recognized professional certificate.
- Master’s degree in Business (MBA, MA, or MS) with emphasis on Property Management.
- Possessing a minimum of 2 earned (course-appropriate) nationally recognized professional certificate.
- Teaching experience in a Higher Education setting.
- Interest and experience in teaching courses online.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. - Physical Demands:
