Job Summary

We are currently looking for candidates to fill our part-time, semester-based teaching position in the area of English as a Second Language ( ESL ). A PPL instructor might teach one non-credit class in their area of expertise, or might teach several classes, all dependent on student demand for the subject matter. Similarly, a PPL instructor might teach one, two or three semesters a year depending on need.

However, at no point will the PPL instructor teach full-time.
Personal & Professional Learning ( PPL ) offers a variety of professional development and leisure-based, non-credit classes and programs for adults, seniors and children. English as a Second Language ( ESL ) Instructor.

• Degree/certification in English or ESL and/or equivalent knowledge/experience.
• Familiarity and experience working with diverse publics.

• Previous teaching experience.
