Seat Design Expert
Preferred to have 10+ years experience in seat design.
Preferred to be an expert especially for seat frame not only having the capability of entire seat design.
Need to have the experience of designing plastic parts, foam pad, wire harness.
Need to be able to work for documentation of design failure mode and effect analysis, tolerance design, design review, etc.
Need to have skillset of logical thinking is critical to think about problem-finding, the root cause, countermeasure, trade-off, schedule, who needs to be communicated to resolve the problem.
Need to have experience of team leader and be able to properly communicate with his/her boss by reporting/discussing the problem and/or progress, with managing his/her followers (team members).
Should have a strong sense of responsibility to work best to achieve the goal. A sense of efficiency is also needed.
Can communicate with the external stakeholders, customer and suppliers, on behalf of client.
Can work overtime flexibly, in case of high workload.
