- Develop vehicle network architecture and gateway requirements.
- Design, release, and maintain prototype wiring harnesses and BOMs.
- Integrate prototype and donor vehicle ECUs.
- Support CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and gateway implementation.
- Perform electrical system debugging and root cause analysis.
- Support mule, X0/X1 prototype builds and vehicle assembly.
- Create wiring schematics, MOV instructions, and network documentation.
- Conduct harness packaging reviews and coordinate with design/build teams.
- Track electrical components and support procurement activities.
- Maintain documentation, lessons learned, and weekly program status.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 5+ years of automotive electrical/wiring experience.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical architecture and wiring harness design.
- Experience with CAN, LIN, Ethernet, gateways, and Teamcenter.
- Hands-on prototype/mule vehicle build and troubleshooting experience.
