What You’ll Do- Review loan files for accuracy & compliance
- Balance CDs and wire funds on time
- Deliver clean, complete files to investors
- 2+ years of closing, funding or post-closing experience
- Strong knowledge of TRID, RESPA & investor guidelines
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Broker experience preferred
- A collaborative, fast-paced team environment
