Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO)
Position Type: Full-Time
About the RoleWe are seeking Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) to join our team. At Liberty 1 Lending, we help customers reach their dreams of becoming homeowners every day. We are searching for qualified MLOs to guide customers through our mortgage application process.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through our inbound call model
- Engageinconsultationsbasedonneedstocomprehendborrowerobjectivesandsuggestappropriatemortgageoptions
- Effectivelycommunicatebenefitsofloanproducts,eligibilitycriteria,andsubsequentstepsintheprocess
- Upholdcomprehensiveproductknowledgeandremainupdatedonindustryregulationsandlendinginitiatives
- Ensureconsistentandpromptcommunicationwithclientsduringtheloanprocess
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless loan closures
- An inbound call model
- Roadmap to leadership
- Work hours:
8AM-6PM Mon-Thurs, 8AM-5PM on Fridays - An upbeat, non-micromanagement, and supportive work environment
- An aggressive compensation plan with uncapped commissions
- CTC in 12-13 days
- 1+ year of mortgage experience (preferred)
- Active NMLS license
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and excelling in a fast-paced environment
