Part time

Weekend Shift

Ensures the correct identification of the patient and works independently to prioritize orders according to established standards. Performs standard 12-lead electrocardiograms according to department protocol and independently augments leads as appropriate to ensure accurate diagnostic results. Performs a variety of operational duties relative to completion of timely services including appropriate charging, charting results and data management. Is responsible for the maintenance and care of electrocardiograph equipment and ensures optimal supplies.

Performs duties in accordance with the organization’s mission, vision, core values and service excellence standards.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Licensure

None required

Training and Experience

• Six months to one year experience in related position or program is preferred.
• BCLS is required.
• CCT is preferred.
