Role Description

This is a full time position for a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner. In this role, responsibilities include evaluating and managing care for patients with kidney and hypertension-related conditions, prescribing and adjusting medications, and developing patient-centered treatment plans. The practitioner will conduct medical assessments, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Qualifications
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license and relevant certification in nephrology or a related field.
  • Proven skills in patient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and chronic care management.
  • Strong knowledge and practice expertise in nephrology, hypertension, and chronic kidney disease treatment.
  • Effective communication, patient education, and counseling skills to promote understanding and adherence to care plans.
  • Experience in telemedicine and the ability to work effectively in a remote healthcare environment.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care, strong decision-making abilities, and a collaborative work style with healthcare teams.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other medical software tools.
  • Previous experience in nephrology care or related fields is highly preferred.
