Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Embryologist to join our reproductive health team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the handling and analysis of human gametes and embryos, ensuring the highest standards of laboratory practices. This role is crucial in supporting patients through their fertility journeys by utilizing advanced laboratory techniques and maintaining compliance with medical regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform laboratory procedures related to the handling, freezing, and thawing of oocytes, sperm, and embryos especially ICSI and PGT biopsies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of gametes and embryos using microscopy and other laboratory techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities, including patient information and specimen data.
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop individualized treatment plans for patients undergoing assisted reproductive technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols within the laboratory environment.
  • Participate in quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of laboratory management.
  • Provide education and support to patients regarding embryology processes and procedures.
Qualifications

  • *** IVF-Fertility experience required including ICSI and PGT is an absolute requirement.***
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Reproductive Biology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in laboratory techniques
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to reproductive health.
  • Previous experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills for effective laboratory management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development in embryology practices.
