QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
• Must successfully complete the Trinity Health Together Care Credentialed Trainer Programs for Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Referral Applications within one year of hire
• Knowledge and experience of Revenue Cycle functional training for all key Revenue Integrity functions and processes including Scheduling, Registration, Benefit Advocacy, Pre-Registration, Notification Verification and Authorization (No

VA), Point of Service Cash Collection, Medicare Compliance, and Customer Service, across numerous state and local environments and payer requirements
• Three (3) years' experience in delivering workforce educational training programs, and development of course curriculum
• Some knowledge of and experience with specialized methodology in the development of training support tools
• Must possess teaching skills that enhances user learning and involvement
